What influence does the installation of fire shutter door have on the surrounding environment?

(1)剔鑿作業(yè)應(yīng)避免在夜間和風(fēng)力超過(guò)4級(jí)的天氣進(jìn)行，剔鑿時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行局部圍閉.以減少噪聲和粉塵排放擾民。

(4) According to the pop-up position line, put the steel door frame into the hole and fix it temporarily with wooden wedge. When the door frame is in place, it is strictly forbidden to strike with a hammer to avoid damaging the door frame and noise emission

(5)調(diào)整門(mén)框的上下、前后、左右位置.確認(rèn)到位后.用木楔塞緊，并用電焊將連接件與預(yù)埋件或鑿出的鋼筋焊牢。焊接應(yīng)盡量避免夜間施工，焊工應(yīng)使用專用防護(hù)罩。

(5) Adjust the upper and lower, front and rear, left and right positions of the door frame. After confirming the position, plug the door frame with wooden wedge, and weld the connector with embedded parts or chiseled reinforcement by electric welding. Construction at night shall be avoided as far as possible during welding, and special protective cover shall be used for welders.

(6)門(mén)框固定后，把合頁(yè)固定在門(mén)扇的合頁(yè)槽內(nèi)，將門(mén)扇置入門(mén)框，合頁(yè)的另一片放入門(mén)框的合頁(yè)槽.調(diào)整就位，將螺釘全部擰緊。

(6) After the door frame is fixed, fix the hinge in the hinge slot of the door leaf, put the door leaf into the door frame, put the other part of the hinge into the hinge slot of the door frame, adjust it in place, and tighten all the screws.

(7)就位后的門(mén)扇應(yīng)啟閉自如，無(wú)阻滯、反彈。

(8)門(mén)鎖應(yīng)能耐950℃高溫，以確保在火災(zāi)情況下能夠開(kāi)啟。

(9)防火門(mén)安裝后，將門(mén)框與洞口之間的縫隙用砂漿填死、抹灰，隨后將建筑垃圾清理建筑垃圾池。
